Separator Filters

It is used to filter high amounts of silt, sand and suspended solids found in very sedimentary waters such as well water.

It is used in cases where standard filters are not suitable. Separator filters, which operate on the centrifugal principle, retain substances of different specific gravities in the water and throw them out.

These filters, which come in two types, manual or automatic, have a filtration sensitivity of approximately 70-100 microns.

Automatic or manual blowdown ensures that high levels of suspended solids are removed from the water.
