Chlorine Dosing Systems
-Drinking water, which is initially disinfected and given to the distribution system, can leak external pollution into the pipe and mix with the water passing through it due to any malfunction in the distribution system, such as broken pipes, holes formed by the decay of pipes in corrosive environments, pressure reduction due to water cuts or irregular low pressures, etc. from pipe joints in the distribution system. Therefore, disinfection must be ensured from the source of the water until it reaches the consumer.
- Chlorine-containing disinfectants are the only method that provides continuous disinfection from the facility where the water is processed until it reaches the user.
-Chlorine can neutralize the coliform bacteria group and most epidemic disease microbes living in the intestine within 30 minutes, even at a dose of a few ppm.
-It should be added to water in sufficient quantity. If used excessively, it will spoil the taste and smell of the water.

Constant Flow Dosing Pump

Flow Controlled Dosing Pumps
- It is a solenoid type digital dosing pump with constant flow rate.
-The flow rate is proportional to external analog (4÷20 mA) or digital signals (like a water meter). It can be adjusted manually.
- A water meter of the same diameter is installed on the installed line. The flow meter measures the amount of water and gives a signal to the dosing pump.
- The dosing pump doses according to the set value according to the passing water volume.
- Sold with chemical tank or individually.
ORP Control Dosing Systems
-It is a digital dosing pump with integrated pH/Redox control unit.
-Digital interface for fixed or proportional dosing, depending on the measured pH or Rx value.

The ORP controlled dosing unit measures the amount of chlorine in the water in mV/ppm via its sensor. Depending on the value set on the unit, it doses with its proportional pump when the amount of chlorine falls below the set value. Piston dosing pumps are used for high capacities.
